The ASP's world championship tour (WCT) is starting to really take off as the surfers head to Long Beach, New York, USA. It's going to be a fierce battle between the top 10, as they are all close in the rankings and any one of them stands a good chance of claiming the world title.
With 6 events to go, it will be the second half of the year that will see a few gain the momentum that they need, and a real challenge to the race will be made. So whilst we are all either watching surfing online, or planning our next surf holiday, here is a quick update on how the top 36 surfers on the WCT stand:
